What can I expect?

This program is a framework that is a combination of exercises, documentation, and measuring KPI to implement a client attraction system to predictably and reliably attract your ideal clients to your firm.

Phase 1 - Breakthrough Call

In this free session we will learn about your current client acquisition process.  We will go through a few exercises and connect you with resources.  If it feels like our services are a good fit, we'll talk to you about how they could work for you.

Phase 2 - The Devoted Client Attraction Method Program

The DCAM program is a Done With You marketing coaching program.  We use a rolling enrollment model, so you can start the program after your breakthrough call.

Phase 3 - Support after you complete the program

Now that we’ve got our plan down it’s time to make it grow and continue. We’ll review our foundation tools we made in Phase 1 and bring in new tools specific to your needs. This is another 8 hour session we’ll break up into 2 4 hour sessions in 2 weeks.

Can you help me effectively AND ethically market my firm?

Yes, just like you we like to think of ourselves as fiduciaries. That means if you don’t see success we won’t either. We want to help you with your best interests at heart.

What do you know about FINRA, SEC and state compliance for RIAs or B/Ds?

We are not attorneys.  If you have a specific question about compliance please consult your attorney or compliance consultant.

We have honed our compliance knowledge for many years.

Jake learned the ins and outs of RIA compliance while working for one of the first online RIAs, MyFinancialAdvice.  He took the expertise that he learned being the MFA Community Manager when he founded the 4FP Agency.

We continue to improve our awareness of our client's compliance needs through current CE programs.

Do I have to become a long term client after the program?

We have two options.

We will support you at whatever level of support you need after you complete the program.

We have a monthly call for everyone who graduates from the program.  You can join any of these sessions or schedule time with us to get connected with resources that you need.

If you want to continue to work with us in-depth and on the ground with you as your Fractional CMO team, we have a long term program.  We will meet with you on a quarterly basis for a half day, review your scorecard and help you hone your process. You will get access to additional tools and resources to hone your client attraction method and your digital presence.

4FP High Level, our marketing CRM, provides most marketing resources that you might need, has it's own AI generation and our support team is available 24/7/365.

Do you help us set our priorities and what we should do next?

The wonderful thing about our process is that we have a technique to help you determine your priorities.

When you join the DCAM program you will have a plan for the next 90 days and support as you plan your next quarter and implement your plan.

Your job is to trust the process and be honest, so we can give you the best advice possible. For firms in the DCAM program we have a place to put your bottlenecks and opportunities so you can incorporate them into your plan.

Where did this program come from?

This program is part of the Certified Partner program, DigitalMarketer’s premier partnership.

This program is more than just the curriculum that we provide clients.  The DigitalMarketer community enables us to ask clients’ questions to our larger community and leverage the resources of the DM community to support our clients.

Can you help me build the resources we need?

We have numerous ways to help you implement your plan.

We have experts from the DigitalMarketer Certified Partner community that provide best-in-class support for any needs that we don't support.

Should we pay for advertising?

Our approach doesn't require you to be on facebook or pay for ads.

The firms that go through the Devoted Client Attraction Method program identify the unique way that the firm has acquired its best clients and creates a way to replicate those prospects and find more of them through the channels you have available.

Paid traffic is like a water faucet. You turn it on to get your content seen by as many people as you want, then you turn it off when you don't want/need the extra attention to promote that content anymore.

It really is up to you if you pay for advertising.

We can help you measure your Return on Investment (ROI) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)

With modern digital marketing tools, it is much easier to get in front of your ideal client through advertising than ever before.  A modest ad budget can be the crucial step to get your prospect to know that you are there and that you are the best company to help them.

We propose that you should "ABT" or Always Be Testing

Once you know what works you can replicate that strategy on another channel.  This approach also enables you to double down on what is working and stop paying for what isn't driving revenue.

It is important to have your ad setup configured correctly.  If you don't send the platform information about what a great client looks like it is much harder for them to get your ad in front of the right person.

How do we nurture the client once we get their email address?

Once you get a prospects email you want to make sure you give them the value you promised.

Send them a set of emails that introduce you, your team, your company, what you do, and how you can help them. Let them know what you want them to do (i.e. respond to emails, follow your social to get updates, listen to your podcast, etc).

It is almost silly how obvious it is, but if you don't use Calls to Action (CTAs) your audience is much less likely to take the action you want them to take.

What is our low hanging fruit?

Start with a Breakthrough Call, so we can speak to your specific situation.

It's really whatever is easiest for you. Don't start with the hard stuff.  We have sessions that will help you know where to start and what to do next.

Start with the stuff you know how to do. Maybe starting a regular newsletter makes sense to you. Maybe doing a live video on social media once a week/month is easy enough. Maybe you use one of the audio social networks and you start there before doing a whole podcast. We recommend not starting with a podcast unless you're really ready for all the work that's involved. We can help with some of this work if you feel like audio is better for you and your ideal clients/ audience.
