We will spend most of the meeting focused on you, how clients find you, and the strength of your client acquisition processes.  We'll explore what is working, and what isn't, in your marketing process and client acquisition strategy.  

You'll leave knowing what parts of your Client Acquisition System is working well, and what needs to be fixed.

By the time you leave the session you will know how we put you on the path to double your pipeline in 90 days.

Step 2. Build your Client Acquisition System

Over the course of 8-12 weeks, we will create the Client Acquisition Engine for you and your team.  

We will start with a game plan.  

We work with you to document and identify how your best clients have found you, and identify the path that your best clients (with metrics) took to find you, so you can predictably and reliably magnetize them to your firm and create know, like and trust.

This builds into you creating a great client experience that is the basis of your referral marketing strategy and referral brochure.  

We do this by identifying more than the demographics and dive into the psychographics of your ideal client and the real transformation that you make in their life.  

Then we build Your Client Value Journey and identify the unique way to optimize and measure the health of your funnel, while identifying growth opportunities.  

At the end of the program we will review how these opportunities align with your next 90 day game plan.

We use proven facilitation frameworks from our Certified Partner, DigitalMarketer, to create a self-correcting Client Acquisition System. 

Step 3. Deploy your Client Acquisition System

After 8-12 weeks you will have created your Client Acquisition Engine.  

Now that that your Client Acquisition system is ready, it's time to put it into action.  We will help you accelerate your system and incorporate referral marketing strategies.  

This will set you up to know how to speak to your prospect at each point along their client journey, from prospects, to clients to being great referral partners.  We will customize this phase of the process to maximize your growth and help you continue to build the firm of your dreams.

After you have an active Client Acquisition System we have additional tools, techniques and strategies for those firms that want to continue to work with us.
