Bridge, connect, deliver

This isn’t the best time to emphasize sales.  Right now people are in the middle of “no decision zone” and have more time. As a result, we recommend that you provide great content and build your audience.  If someone has a financial issue or concern, we want you to be the first person they think to reach out to for an answer.

Create SOPs for working remotely

An “SOP” is a Standard Operating Procedure.  If you were in an office before the pandemic you probably had many workflows and procedures that made more sense in that setting. We recommend that you set aside an hour or two to review your previous procedure and update it for the virtual world.

Now is the best time for virtual webinars (we can help!)

People are online more these days. You may be more familiar with Zoom more than you were before. Why not use the platform to show the world how you can help bring balance to their life? If you don’t know where to start don’t worry we can help. Check out our a la carte services.

Prompts are better than questions

Clients don’t come to you when everything is fine but they might receive their first impression before they have that need. Your firm needs you to engage, entice and court the prospect so they are listening to you while they are preparing to become a client. If all you do is put a phone number on your site they will only reach out when the need is painful and when they are reactionary.

Connect personally with your Ideal Client

One of the many reasons we use an ideal client approach is that this is exactly who you want to work with!  As a result, this type of person probably has the same concerns and stresses during the pandemic.  Reach out to your audience about your concerns and worries so they understand you and your brand better and how you care for them.

Invest in yourself with a private Foundations package from us.

We’ve been breaking apart our service packages to isolate the most important elements of each stage.  We recently introduced this *NEW* package. Firms who have gone through this process know exactly who they want for their ideal client and where to find them. Improved brand positioning and a more robust verbal and visual brand with a concise handout that you can share with any designer to help them deliver top quality work.

To set you up for success the last two components of the Foundations program are to set up your analytics (Google, Facebook, and more) so that we have an accurate trend line from which to make decisions. Lastly, and not least, firms who go through the Foundations process receive a Digital Presence Analysis.  This is a SWOT analysis so a firm knows what they are doing well and what needs improvement.
